Cancellation policy:
- No guarantee is required to make a reservation. We will hold your non-guaranteed reservation until 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m., you can guarantee your reservation by providing your debit or credit card information.
Terms of payment:
- You may cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 1 day before your arrival date (based on the rates in effect at the time of the modification); after that, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reservation total will apply. Any advance payment made, as well as the credit card information provided at the time of booking, may be used to charge the cancellation fee even in the event of a late cancellation.
